The EWX series electric convector heater with a capacity of 2500W from Wartmec is a heating device perfectly suited for heating both office and residential areas. The heating element in the device is a high-temperature comb heater, which allows you to heat the room very quickly.

The bimetallic adjustable thermostat used in the device has up to 8 temperature settings ranging from 6°C to 30°C. This range of adjustment allows for comfortable and economical use of rooms in which the convector is located. The double heater allows you to adjust the heating power to your current needs (1,25/2,5kW). The heater is also equipped with a frost-resistant mode, which operates in the range from 5°C to 7°C and overheating protection, which will turn off the device, e.g. in case of its covering.

Heating power switch

To switch the heater to half power saving mode (for heaters with adjustable power consumption, i.e. models EWX-1500, 2000,2500W) it is enough to set the switch from the "II" position to "0"

The lower power models EWX-500 and EWX-1000 do not have the ability to switch power.

Thermostat knob

The thermostat is responsible for temperature control and antifreeze mode. Rotating the thermostat knob clockwise raises the temperature, turning in the opposite direction lowers the set temperature.

TRIGGERING THE ANTIFREEZE FUNCTION.

The thermostat knob should be set to the "*" position and turn on the heater with one of the switches

Installation of legs

The legs are mounted with the included screws, which screw to the base.

Under no circumstances can you set the heater on the floor without screwed legs.

To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

MUST NOT:

• partially or completely block ventilation openings in radiator grilles,
• place flammable materials and objects near the heater,
• install the heater directly under the electrical outlet,
• use the heater in the immediate vicinity of the bath,
• shower or pool,
• touch the plug or the surface of the heater with wet hands.
