The TTArtisan 21mm f/1.5 ASPH is a full-frame wide-angle lens offering a 96-degree viewing angle that is ideal for street and landscape photography as well as creative portrait photography. Despite the wide field of view, thanks to its very high brightness, it allows the background to be blurred behind the main object at full aperture; in turn, when closed, it provides a large depth of field. The new version of this lens is offered immediately in Canon R, Nikon Z, Sigma L and Sony FE mounts and, compared to the version in the Leica M mount, the minimum shooting distance has been shortened from 0.7 to 0.5 m. The lens covers the full frame and the complex optical construction with 13 elements in 11 groups, including one aspherical and five made of glass with a high refractive index, effectively corrects optical aberrations. The lens is small and lightweight, yet solidly made of anodized aluminum and brass. The aperture works with surprises. The lens has a tulip sunshade with a metal cap and a 72mm diameter filter holder with a matching metal cover is included.
