The Viltrox AF 85mm f/1.4 Pro FE is an advanced fixed focal length lens designed for Sony E-mount full-frame cameras. Designed with professionals in mind, it offers exceptional image quality, fast and precise autofocus and a robust, sealed design. It is an excellent tool for wedding, portrait and film photographers who expect top-notch image and reliability.

The lens is characterized by a large f/1.4 light output, which allows you to shoot in low light without having to raise the ISO and achieve a very shallow depth of field. Thanks to this, it is possible to precisely separate the photographed object from the background and create a pleasant, soft bokeh – especially appreciated in portrait photography.

The classic 85mm focal length is ideal for portrait photography, offering a natural perspective and minimal distortion. This allows you to capture the emotions, details and character of the photographed person in an aesthetic and faithful way.

The Viltrox AF 85mm f/1.4 Pro FE is equipped with a fast, almost silent VCM engine that ensures smooth and precise autofocus operation – both in shooting and filming. The lens works with Eye AF and Face Detection features in Sony cameras, which makes it much easier to get focus on the eye of the photographed person even at very low depth of field.

The inside of the lens hides an advanced optical design consisting of 15 elements in 11 groups, including 3 ED lenses. They provide high resolution, minimize chromatic aberration and very good image sharpness throughout the frame. The circular aperture with 11 leaves further emphasizes the aesthetics of background blur.

The body made of durable aluminum guarantees high mechanical resistance and at the same time comfort of work. The design has been sealed, which protects the lens from dust and moisture – so it is ready to work in various weather conditions. Additionally, the aperture ring and AF/MF switch provide intuitive and convenient operation.
