Features:

From the inside, the cooking dish is coated with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub using special technologies that provide benefits for cooking techniques such as simmering, baking or caramelization. The oils (fats) used during cooking penetrate the pores of matte enamel and form a smooth, natural, non-stick surface. That’s why Staub cookware gets better and better as you use it.

Outside the cooking dish has at least 2-3 layers of special enamel, which in combination with a special cast iron ensures optimal heat distribution over the entire surface of the dish.
