How to clean Brittany?

Brittany should not be cleaned with a rough dishwasher, and certainly should not be washed with a “wire”. Such washing leads to less resistance to abrasion. Products intended for cleaning the grill should not be used, they are powerful and dangerous agents. Leave the Brittany hot, and only after losing the temperature pour it with water, this will allow for longer durability of the material. Brittany should be cleaned to the end. Burnt food residue left on the pan after the next use will be even harder to wash.

How to store Brittany?

The best way is to store the pan on an open shelf so that it touches with other dishes. Certainly, there is not always such a possibility and pots are stored on top of each other, during such practice it is worth separating them with spacers or a paper towel. This will protect and extend the life of the pan.
