The AMT pan with cocotte lid allows you to bake, simmer, bake and cook – both in the oven, on the stove and on the grill. Thanks to the thick bottom and walls, it heats up quickly and maintains temperature for a long time, which means shorter cooking time and lower energy consumption.

Special tabs on the inside of the lid allow even condensation of steam and natural humidification of dishes – which translates into their juiciness, taste and aroma. The whole is complemented by a reliable Lotan® coating, which facilitates cleaning and saves water and detergents.
