The ADA Basic sash is a great choice for beginners and anyone who wants to train safely, comfortably and... with a smile.

The biggest advantage of this sash is the material with medium stretch.

Why is it so important?

Because for people starting training it is the perfect balance - the sash is flexible enough to absorb movements, but at the same time stable when climbing the sash and performing figures.

Thanks to this, it does not cause such strong abrasions as b rigid materials, which at the beginning of training is really important (your skin will be grateful :) ).

They are characterized by less stretch, which translates into greater precision of movement, better dynamics and full control during figures and falls.

The fuchsia sash is also enriched with silver ions, which:

• support the maintenance of equipment hygiene,
• limit the growth of bacteria,
• help reduce unpleasant odors,

Length matters - and it matters more than you think.

Too short a sash may be enough for the first workouts, but it will quickly start to limit - especially with more advanced tangles from the floor. We also know from experience that children are much more likely to choose longer sashes. Even the color from the #wow category will not defend itself if you run out of material

How to calculate the length of the sash?

1. Measure the height of the room (from the installation point to the floor). If the scarf will be mounted to a steel or wooden beam or other structure, we determine the distance from this structure to the floor.
2. Use the formula:

height (h) × 2 + 2 m = sash length

Remember, the sash will serve you 2 to 3 years. It is worth choosing a longer one. Perhaps in the future you will move it to a higher room, to a terrace or to a garden.

Don’t let too short a sash limit your growth.

To hang this sash you need:

1. Alpine eight - type anchor - through which the material must be moved.

2. Carabiner - because of its durability, we recommend steel carabiners.

3. Ceiling suspension

Optional:

Swivel - a device that prevents the sash from twisting, allows you to perform elements on spinning or spinning.

If you decide on a swivel you need 2 carabiners

In our shop you will find two types of eights:

• Eight of the “anchor” type
• classic round eight

Both models are made of aluminum and are suitable for securely hanging the sash. What our material translated by individual models looks like can be found in the description of individual eights.

Eight type "anchor" - the most important features:

• has arms (horns), and a shape that extends the life of your sash. The material on such an eight works differently, because thanks to the larger surface area of the eight, the weight is distributed differently, and the material itself at the place of translation through the metal is baked less than in the round eight
• more advantageous distribution of weight on the material when using the equipment
• provides greater air circulation, so that the material at the place of translation does not clog so much and the sash can be kept more clean. It is also easier to find the center of the sash.

Eight classic, round - the most important features:

• The hole of the classical eight has a smaller diameter than the "anchor" so that the round eight (Otto Big model) is not suitable for transferring material from the Basic collection
• suitable for ADPRO and Print collection material
• takes up less space than an "anchor", a friendlier shape for transport
• strength 30 kN
