Air humidity is a term that defines the amount of water in the air. The optimum humidity in the house is within 40-60%.

Too much humidity causes the growth of fungi and bacteria, and as is commonly known, they have a very negative effect on our health. Children, allergy sufferers, as well as people suffering from asthma or rheumatism are particularly vulnerable.

Excessive humidity is not only unfavorable for human health and well-being, but it also causes moisture on the wall and windows, and even makes it difficult to dry laundry or washed floors.

The sensor installed in the presented dehumidifier reads the current humidity of the room in which it is located.

The condensing dehumidifier collects moisture from the air by cooling it below the dew point, which causes condensation of moisture (condensation). The main elements of the dehumidifier are compressor, fan, expansion element and heat exchangers (condenser and evaporator).

The fan forces the flow of moist air through heat exchangers. The temperature of the evaporator is lower than the dew point temperature causing condensation (condensation) of water vapor contained in the air, on its walls.

The collected water is collected in the dehumidifier tank or discharged using a hose. After passing through the evaporator, cooled and dried air flows through the condenser, where it is heated.

This results in an additional decrease in relative humidity. Then the dry air returns back to the room from which it was sucked.

Condensing dehumidification is definitely more efficient and economical than dehumidification through heating and ventilation, primarily by eliminating the exchange of air contained inside the room.

Always at the desired level

The device has an adjustment of the desired humidity level between 30% and 80% (in intervals of 5).

When the device reaches the appropriate humidity in the room, it will stop until it changes by at least 3%, up or down.

With this feature, without constant control, you can be sure that the required humidity level is ensured.

On the housing there is also a lamp determining the current level of humidity in the air:

Pollution under control

There is a reusable filter in the dehumidifier that collects impurities such as hair, hair, etc.

It is very easy to remove and clean, using a vacuum cleaner or warm water.

To pull out the filter, first pull out the water container, then pull the filter holder down until it comes out.

The discharge of accumulated water can be done in two ways:

• through a constant drainage of water - using a tube with a diameter of 10mm (included in the set)

The dehumidifier will signal the full tank itself. It will light the "Waterfull" light and make a beep indicating the need to empty the tank and stop work to prevent water overflow.

The convenient water level indicator makes it easy for us to see when to empty the tank without having to remove it from the device.

The efficiency of the dehumidifier in terms of the amount of water collected depends on the temperature and humidity in the room.
