A set of filters for THESSLA GREEN AirPack4 300H, 400H and 500H recuperators. It is a replacement for the original set marked as CleanPad Pure 09 or CleanPad Pure 4H.

The set consists of two pleated filters class M5 and four interchangeable prefilters class G3. The two-stage design helps to retain both larger pollutants and finer particles present in the air flowing through the ventilation system.

Regular replacement of filters supports the proper operation of the recuperator, helps maintain proper air flow and reduces the deposition of pollutants inside the ventilation unit.

When should the filters be replaced?

The frequency of exchange depends on the air quality, place of residence, the intensity of work of the recuperator and the season. The condition of the filters should be checked regularly, and the replacement should be carried out in accordance with the message of the control panel or the recommendations of the device manufacturer.

Exchanges should be considered especially when:

• a large amount of dust and debris is visible on the surface of the filters,
• the headquarters signals the need for replacement,
• decreased air flow in the installation,
• the recuperator is working louder than usual.

How to change filters?

1. Turn off the air handling unit.
2. Open the service panel according to the recuperator’s instructions.
3. Remove the previously installed filters.
4. Clean the filter chambers from loose contaminants.
5. Place new filters in the appropriate guides, paying attention to the direction of air flow.
6. Close the service panel and start the device.
7. If necessary, reset the filter change counter in the control panel controller.
