This sensor checks the air quality by monitoring:
- harmful particles (PM2,5)
- temperature
- relative humidity
- total volatile organic compounds (tVOC)
Place it in your living room, bedroom, or any other room where you spend a lot of time. With its small size, you can easily move it from room to room, so you can be sure that the air quality is good.
After connecting this product to the Diriger gate, you can check the air quality in the IKEA Home smart app.
By observing things like harmful particles, temperature, humidity, and volatile organic compounds, you can affect the air quality in your home, as well as prevent mold growth, for example.
The arrow shows whether the tVOC level increases, decreases or is stable. tVOC means the sum of volatile organic compounds derived, for example, from paints, cooking or cleaning and household products.
