The engine design uses a modern "dual cappacitor" system. It involves the use of 2 capacitors - starting and working. When the motor is started, it is powered by a powerful starting capacitor, which, using centrifugal weights, is automatically disconnected when full revolutions are reached. Then the working capacitor is switched on, with less power, not causing excessive overheating of the motor. All this is done automatically inside the engine, without additional user intervention.
