How to use cooling cartridges?

1. Fill cartridges with water

Unscrew the stoppers and fill both cartridges with clean water to the marked level.

2. Freeze before use

Place tightly closed cartridges in the freezer for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours until completely frozen.
