Weber STANDARD is a medium segment of recuperators of the WEBER series, which enables efficient ventilation of rooms in single-family houses, while minimizing heat loss and reducing harmful compounds and dust.
The product with an advanced control system and the possibility of supplementing with additional elements such as: CO₂ sensor, moisture sensor, Wi-Fi.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF THE RECUPERATOR WEBER STANDARD
ENTHALPIC EXCHANGER
The exchanger is the most important element of the recuperator, because its quality mainly depends on the efficiency of the entire device. In the exchanger, the air exhausted from the rooms transfers heat to the air injected from the outside of the building, i.e. the so-called. heat recovery. The Weber device uses a new generation enthalpic exchanger, i.e. one that, in addition to heat, also maintains adequate humidity in rooms (standard exchangers cause significant air drying and the need for humidification). The use of an enthalpic exchanger also does not require the use of condensate drainage from the control panel to the sewage system, as is the case with standard exchangers.
FANS EC
Fans force air flow through the device. The exhaust fan draws the used air out of the rooms and leads it outside the building, while the supply fan is responsible for sucking in fresh air from outside the building and introducing it into the rooms. The Weber STANDARD recuperator has AC fans with the possibility of choosing one of 3 rotational speeds.
BYPASS
Bypass activation causes the stream of air sucked from the outside of the building to bypass the heat exchanger, thanks to which fresh air with the temperature currently prevailing outside enters the rooms. This solution enables natural cooling of rooms without any air conditioning system. The bypass function is usually used during the summer, at night, i.e. when the outside temperature is ideal to cool the air inside the building. In the STANDARD device, it is possible to automatically set Bypass operation based on the switching temperature threshold.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Responsible for controlling the operation of the entire device. Changing the settings is done via the control panel, which allows you to set the operating mode, turn the bypass on or off, set the power of the fans, view the temperatures of the intake and exhaust air. In the STANDARD version, the controller informs about the need to replace filters on the set replacement cycle. The control system and sensors (not included with the device) allow you to manage the appropriate level of CO₂ and moisture. The Wi-Fi module (not included with the device) provides easy and intuitive management of the device via mobile devices. The controller also allows you to set different pumping and extractor capacities, which is important when balancing the flow in facilities with independently operating other extraction devices – e.g. kitchen hoods, etc.

Air recuperators are the heart of recuperation - a ventilation unit with heat recovery, powered by electricity. Its main tasks include supplying fresh air to the interior of the house and exhausting the used one outside. Therefore, as soon as the recuperator is connected to a properly performed mechanical ventilation system, we are sure that heat recovery from previously used air will translate into lower costs associated with heating fees.
The proposed air recuperator is a device that has been designed so that its commissioning and operation itself is efficient and trouble-free, and thus gives a full guarantee of full satisfaction during its use
It should be remembered that properly designed and performed ventilation should ensure the supply of air to the rooms and the removal of air used from the kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, possible auxiliary room, room separated from these rooms by more than two doors, etc. It is also important to select the performance of the device each time to the volume and method of distribution of channels, also adapting to living conditions, in accordance with the applicable guidelines in this respect.
