Sharp Plasmacluster UA-HD50E-L is an air purifier with humidification function from the UA-HD series designed for rooms with an area of up to 40 m2 (maximum capacity 306 m3/h). It is equipped with a 3-stage filtration system with a high-efficiency HEPA H13 filter. The patented Plasmacluster ionization technology is responsible for active and disinfecting air purification. It is an excellent and proven solution for allergy sufferers and people struggling with respiratory diseases. A very distinctive feature of the UAHD50E-L air purifier is the fantastic compromise that has been achieved. The equipment is comparable to the larger model UA-HD60E-L, while the dimensions of the purifier itself and the cost of filters are identical to the smaller models UA-HD40E-L and UA-HD40E-T.

It is also reference quiet (from 23 dB), which is a huge advantage if the purifier would work in the bedroom. Equipped with air and water filters with a lifespan of up to 10 years, this purifier is one of the cheapest in operation. It is distinguished by a modern design and a design in the shape of an eye-catching trapezoid, thanks to which it gives the impression of smaller and sleeker than the external dimensions indicate.

Highly effective filters for perfectly purified air

The filter system in the Sharp UA-HD50E-L air purifier is 3 filters cooperating with active ionization Plasmacluster. This combination guarantees nearly 100% purified air. The purifier effectively stops mechanical, gaseous and biological contaminants.

The purified air is passed through the pre-filter which is also the back panel. Dense mesh stops larger contaminants, i.e. m.in. dust, hair or animal hair, thereby protecting the remaining layers. Then the air passes through a carbon filter with a content of 200 g of activated carbon with properties that allow effective absorption of gaseous pollutants and odors. The last stage is the HEPA H13 filter with an area of 1,2 m2, the effectiveness of which is at least 99,97% in stopping molecules above 0,3 micron. Thus, it guarantees 100% efficiency in stopping smog (PM1, PM2.5, PM5, PM10) as well as bacteria, viruses, mold or allergen.

The Sharp UA-HD50E-L air purifier is equipped with a practical filter dirt indicator. The user gains valuable information about the need to perform maintenance and possible replacement of the filter with a new one. For standard use, it will start after approx. 720 hours of operation.

Sharp Plasmacluster UA-HD50EL is also an extremely efficient humidifier (up to 600 ml/h), using the most user-safe and hygienic method of evaporative humidification. In the humidification process, it produces nano water molecules (Nano cloud), the size of which is below the aerosol threshold. Thanks to this, they do not carry embedded pathogens and fill the entire volume of the room much easier. Unlike ultrasonic humidifiers, evaporative humidifiers do not generate white tarnish and wet stains on furniture. They are also absolutely safe for pets (dogs, cats hear ultrasound). Filter responsible for combining dry air with water molecules has a very long service life – up to 10 years. It should be emphasized the presence of a humidification mode indicator, thanks to which the user learns about its operation or the need to replenish water.

Precise temperature and humidity sensors, control humidity making it optimal for the current temperature in the room (below 18°C – 65%, 18-24°C – 60%, above 24°C – 55%). Plasmacluster technology – safe and effective ionization

The strength of disinfection with Plasmacluster ionization is its effectiveness comparable to ozonation. The Sharp UA-HD50E-L air purifier is equipped with a double air exhaust that has a positive effect on its performance. The larger one set at an angle of 20° relative to the vertical forces the rotation of the air in such a way as to effectively “wrap the air” from above using the so-called. Coanda effect. Thanks to this, the stream with dirty air returning towards the purifier is additionally supported by gravity. The second exhaust directed forward and with much less force is responsible for stabilizing the main air stream and more effective directing of pollutants towards the purifier. The upper exhaust is protected by an electric roller shutter, which closes automatically when the purifier is turned off. Thanks to this, its interior is protected from dust when the device is not in use.

Thanks to the Sharp UA-HD50E-L purifier, the 2,5-liter water tank with a new design has been provided with both a thorough and convenient water replenishment, but also the need for relatively frequent rotation of water in the tank has been guaranteed, which makes it possible to meet the strict hygiene criteria provided for air humidifiers. On hot summer days, the device can also be used as an evaporative air conditioner. Just throw ice cubes into it, and the temperature inside the room will decrease by several degrees.
