BGK ventilation units are used to exchange air used for fresh air while maintaining partial recovery of thermal energy from the air removed.
The recuperator is designed for installation in a horizontal position and is most often suspended in substrate spaces.
The devices have high-pressure centrifugal fans with a rotor directly coupled to the AC motor.
DESIGN OF THE CONTROL PANEL:
BGK control panels are equipped with an efficient cross heat recovery module. There is a drip tray under the exchanger. The condensate drain connector is located at the bottom of the device. The housing is made of galvanized sheet insulated with polyethylene foam.
The simple and solid construction makes it easy to maintain and service the device. Access to the fans is from the bottom. The filter cover and electrical box are located on opposite sides of the control panel.
The design of the control panel allows for installation in the left or right variant.
1. The control panel housing is made of steel protected against corrosion by a galvanized coating. The device is acoustically insulated and thermal polyethylene mat with a thickness of 10mm.
2. Built-in complete automation gives you the opportunity to expand with additional accessories. Simple and intuitive touch control panel as standard.
3. Durable cross heat recovery module made of aluminum alloy ensures good performance and efficiency and low air resistance.
4. AC fans with 6-stage performance adjustment. Independent control of air supply and exhaust.
5. Class G4 filters protect the exchanger and purify the air supplied to the rooms.
The devices are not equipped with electric heaters as standard.
Built-in automation and easy-to-use color touch wall panel allow you to:
- independent 4-stage performance adjustment of each fan in manual or automatic mode
- maintaining the set temperature in the room
- 3-stage control of secondary electric heater
- control of the secondary water heater
