Antenna canopy painted with polyester powder paint in light OR graphite color characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to external factors. Antenna with a bent arm. Antenna arm made of hot galvanized steel, head made of abs. Antenna canopy made of hot galvanized steel 1,2mm.

Corab approaches the customer very individually, trying to meet all his needs and requirements, which is why satellite antennas manufactured by Corab are made in accordance with the customer's specifications. The first stage of antenna production is pressing with opening, which takes place on automatic presses. Then the embossed antennas are subjected to a fully automated cycle painting process. The whole process is supervised by the German company NABU, while the technical supervision was entrusted to the Swiss company GEMA. Thanks to this, the whole process is carried out in a safe way and gives a very high quality effect. Polish Product

Before the antenna is subjected to the process, the varnished must pass the quality control of the input material (galvanized sheet of appropriate thickness), and then prepare the metal surface before powder coating. This stage involves degreasing, phosphating iron and rinsing with water. The bath is based on chemical preparations from NABU where parameters such as concentration, pH, temperature are strictly controlled. The iron phosphate coating provides additional corrosion protection and increases the adhesion of the paint to the substrate, making the paint coverage very precise and accurate. Another important step is drying the phosphate coating.

Then the antenna is subjected to the application of a powder coating in an automatic paint booth. This stage is completely supervised by the Swiss company GEMA. The paint used is facade polyester, which in addition to resistance to atmospheric factors, maintaining a permanent color and gloss degree also causes less absorption of sunlight.

After the application stage of the paint, the hardening stage of the powder coating takes place, which takes place in the firing furnace. The final stage of the varnishing process is the quality control of the final coating: measurement of thickness, adhesion, degree of polymerization and visual evaluation of the coating.
