Foot and body massage mat - Your path to health

The original Chinese foot and body massage mat - your path to health and better well-being

In this case, the Chinese origin of the mat is its great advantage. It was the Chinese who, already 3000 years before our era, brought the "art of touch" to perfection. They have developed a precise map of acupoints on the body, the massage of which affects the positive work of a given organ. Thanks to the massage of the appropriate point on the foot or elsewhere, you can, for example, instantly relieve a headache, toothache or tonsil pain. Today, we can also scientifically prove the healing effect of massage . The massage mat allows you to take advantage of the benefits of massage at home and without incurring the high costs of visiting a masseur .

Feet are not only our "means of transport", but also a very important transmitter of stimuli. until approx. 72,000 nerve endings are located on the feet, which are associated with important organs and parts of the body. Neglecting the feet negatively affects the whole body. At the same time, by massaging them, we will improve blood circulation and the functioning of all important organs. With the help of acupuncture on the feet, we can stimulate the whole body and over time improve its functioning and thus improve the overall well-being.

Regular use of a massage mat brings many benefits:

• stimulates blood circulation
• strengthens the defense system and the whole body
• relaxes and relaxes the whole body
• improves muscle tone and allows you to relax tense and tired leg muscles
• helps cleanse the body of toxins
• allows you to calm down after a hard day's work
• indicated mainly for people with a sedentary job
• does not cause any side effects
• great for both young and old people
• spare tabs included

The massage mat can be used in several ways . The feet can be massaged using only the initial zone of the mat , where the feet with all acupoints are mapped. By massaging the feet in this place, we can be sure that none of the acupoints will be missed. However, equally good results are achieved by walking around the entire mat for a few minutes or, which gives even more profound effects, by performing exercises on it (e.g. standing on one leg, bending, hip circulation) and then lying on it on your back for a few minutes in order to calm down and gently stimulate additional acupoints on your back.

Before the massage, in order to increase its effectiveness, you should warm up your feet, e.g. with in hot water (you can add salt or herbs). Then you need to wipe your feet thoroughly so as not to slip. It may be necessary to wear socks for the first use due to the soreness of the feet, which will get less with regular massage .
