1. Connecting the device

• Connect the control unit (main module) to the massage mat.
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to start the device.

2. Placement of feet

• Sit comfortably and place both feet on the surface of the mat – one on each side.
• Note: The device will not work if only one foot is on the mat – both feet must be in contact with the surface for the massage to begin.

3. Remote support After launching, you can:

• Choose a massage mode (out of 8 available),
• Adjust the intensity (up to 32 levels),
• Turn off the device – all this using the remote control.

• Before the first use, make sure that the device is charged.
• Do not use the massager in socks or with covered feet – the device requires direct skin contact with the mat.
