Most of the production cycle takes place at the PEUGEOT factory in Quingey located in the Doubs department in Burgundy. The setting of the grinding thickness in the PEUGEOT grinders can be done either by traditional smooth adjustment by tightening the knob at the top of the body, or in the case of grinders with the uSelect mechanism, by selecting one of 6 degrees of grinding thickness (1 for the smallest, 6 for the thickest).
