Portable chainsaw is a specialized attachment mounted directly to the guide rail, aimed at evenly guiding the attached combustion saw (or strong electric saw) along the workpiece log. This allows you to precisely cut even, flat boards, logs and squares straight from the raw trunk, directly on site, without having to transport a heavy log.

✅Mobility and independence: The device eliminates the need to transport heavy logs to stationary sawmills. It allows for comprehensive processing of trunks directly in the working area – in the forest, garden or on the plot.

✅Solid and lightweight construction: The sawmill frame is made of high quality aluminum and galvanized steel. This combination guarantees high strength, resistance to corrosion, vibration and harsh weather conditions. The relatively low weight allows for comfortable operation of the machine by one operator.

✅ Precise adjustment of cutting parameters: The system offers smooth adjustment, allowing cutting of both thin boards (from approx. 1 cm), as well as massive construction logs (up to 35 cm). The height is set on a vertical pole with a precise graduation, which ensures a uniform thickness of the material along its entire length.

Principle of operation

1. Preparatory stage: The key element of the process is the first cut. A flat auxiliary guide is mounted to the log (e.g. aluminium profile or dedicated rail). The sawmill, guided along this rail, cuts the first, perfectly even layer of wood (oflis).
2. Appropriate cutting: After obtaining the initial plane, the auxiliary rail is dismantled. The device moves immediately on the newly cut, flat surface of the trunk.
3. Final processing: Even feed of the sawmill along the log allows for successive cutting of subsequent boards with a thickness precisely defined on the scale of the device.
