The PSC-90 hand mixer is a staple in culinary struggles
The Micser PSC-90 is a high-power 500W motor enclosed in a robust stainless steel housing. Thanks to such high power, the device can easily cope with mixing heavy masses, such as e.g. yeast dough, dumplings or meat mass for pate. The continuous operation time of the device is also extended.
The power is adjustable with a handy button (range 1 to 5). For cakes or the most demanding masses, it is recommended to use the TURBO function.
Safe use of the Sam Cook PSC-90 mixer is ensured by a system that prevents the removal of the mixing blades during operation. They can only be removed after using the accessory release button.
