Difficulty level 1 (No painting or gluing required. Designed for people over 8 years of age)

Models marked with the first level of difficulty are intended both for younger modelers who do not yet have much experience in assembling plastic models, as well as those modelers who return to gluing models after many years of break. Most parts are usually factory painted, so that the model looks great even without the need for self-painting. The designers also designed the models in such a way that their parts strongly connect with each other without the need for gluing. Models marked with the first level of difficulty usually consist of a small number of parts, thanks to which they are assembled relatively quickly and pleasantly. In these models we will also find ordinary self-adhesive stickers instead of decals, which are equipped with models marked with difficulty level 2 and 3.

Difficulty level 2 (Painting and gluing required. Designed for people over 10 years of age)

Models marked with the second level of difficulty are the most numerous and popular group of plastic models. Most of the models in this group are embossed in neutral, e.g. white color for easy painting according to your preferences. Information on the color of the castings and the number of parts that make up the model can be found on the side wall of each model box. The greater the number of parts that make up the model, the better every detail of the complex model is reproduced. To build sets marked with 2 levels of difficulty, it will be necessary to equip yourself with plastic glue (e.g. cyanoacrylate). These sets also include a decal, which is applied using water. This way of wrapping the model allows for more realistic effects, because the graphics are more detailed and much thinner than ordinary stickers.

Difficulty level 3 (Painting and gluing required. Designed for people over 12 years of age)

Models marked with the third level of difficulty are among the best representing the details of models on the market, at the same time putting the most demands on the modeler. These sets consist of a very large number, often extremely small elements. Often, the manufacturer includes additional elements that allow you to assemble the model in one of many configurations. It is recommended that a modeler assembling a plastic model marked with 3 degrees of difficulty already have considerable modeling experience in this field. The manufacturer also provides for the possibility of painting the model in one of many color versions. As with models marked with 2 degrees of difficulty, when folding, it will also be necessary to equip yourself with plastic glue (e.g. cyanoacrylate) and suitable accessories for painting.
