Technet 850AD is a professional hot air station designed for precise work requiring high temperature. Thanks to the smooth regulation of temperature and air flow, the device is used in plastic welding, repair and molding and in service work, such as removal of adhesives or shrinking shrink shirts.

✅ Process

It is carried out by heating the plastic profile and the surface of the welded element, through hot air, to the temperature at which it will be plasticized. The connection is formed when the molten profile is pressed into the molten welded element. The clamping force should be about 2kg/cm².

A well-made weld is characterized by the same physical properties as a homogeneous material.
