Uses resistance tips (staples) for thermal bonding of plastics

It is suitable for repairing and strengthening damaged plastics of various types. It works well both in repairing everyday equipment and e.g. elements of cars such as bumpers or dashboards, elements of garden tool housings (e.g. lawn mowers).

The "iron" smoothing tip is ideal for finishing joints. It allows you to smooth out sharp welds, plastic burrs, cracks, and more. It is fixed stably on the press.

The set includes staples that allow you to work with various types of damage - depending on the type of welding, you need to choose the right shape of the tip. The set includes staples for work:

• internal angular - adapted to connect plastics at an angle from the inside
• external angular - adapted to connect plastics at an angle from the outside. Before use, it can be gently profiled to fit the surface
• straight - thin tip for the least demanding work. Gently wavy
• complicated - strongly wavy tip for the most demanding connections. The wavy shape provides the strongest bonding force thanks to the largest contact surface with plastic

Staples are in sizes 0,8mm and one "W" pattern in size 0,6mm

Principle of operation:

You need to mount the selected tip on the device - after pressing the trigger, the tip will start to heat up. After reaching the right temperature, the tip should be melted into the damaged plastic to strengthen or connect the elements. For some connections you need to use several tips for the best efficiency. After melting and cooling, the tip bends manually, without the use of tools. He'll break himself in the right place. If it does not break as planned, you can cut off the tips with the included clamps.
