✅ Process

It is carried out by heating the plastic profile and the surface of the welded element, through hot air, to the temperature at which it will be plasticized. The connection is formed when the molten profile is pressed into the molten welded element. The clamping force should be about 2kg.

A well-made weld is characterized by the same physical properties as a homogeneous material.

⚠ Note. After receiving the welding machine before starting it, you need to unscrew the screws marked with red paint located on the bottom of the device. The screws hold the pump thus insure it during transport. Notes on the loud operation of the device are the result of leaving screws!

⚠ Note. The set temperature (on the LED display) is not the air temperature at the output of the nozzle. The measuring detector is inside the heater, so the air temperature at the output (about 2-3cm from the nozzle) is 10%-20% lower than the indications on the LED display.
