The Technet ZT1 stapler works great as the first stage of repair – stabilizes the damaged fragment before further welding, gluing or heating. Eliminates the need for tapes, clamps or temporary adhesives. It significantly speeds up and organizes the entire repair process.

The stapler weighs only 440 grams and has a power cord with a length of 130 cm, which ensures freedom of movement during operation. It is ideal for workshops, services and garages – also for long series of repairs. Additionally, we offer warranty and post-warranty service, which makes it a reliable and safe tool to use.

It is carried out by melting into the material, to the appropriate depth of the heated staple, anchoring (slight horizontal twisting), cooling and removing the excess with the help of clippers.

Then, in target reinforcement, you can cut the appropriate size mesh strip and blend into the place of joining with an RS28 staple (large wave)

For connecting all elements made of plastic so-called. thermoplast means - plastics that soften during heating and harden after cooling.

1. Prepare the repair area, clean and degrease the surfaces of the element.
2. Choose the right staple.
3. Turn on the device and warm up the staple by holding the button for a few seconds until the right temperature is reached.
4. Place the staple where the damaged pieces are connected.
5. After the plastic has solidified, the staple will remain in the element, its excess should be removed with a cutter.
6. Turn off the device before putting on another staple.
7. Repeat until the desired repair effect is achieved.
8. Once the job is done, cool the unit before storing.
