✅ Process

It is carried out by heating the plastic profile and the surface of the welded element, through hot air, to the temperature at which it will be plasticized. The connection is formed when the molten profile is pressed into the molten welded element. The clamping force should be about 2kg/cm².

• Short nozzle Ø4 mm. For detailed and spot repairs – ideal for minor cracks and delicate edges.
• Short nozzle Ø7 mm. Better control over the air stream – for more precise work on smaller surfaces and thinner profiles.
• Short nozzle Ø9mm. Universal nozzle for standard welding – will work with most repairs using round and triangular profiles.
• Square short nozzle 12x12mm. Ideal for wide welds and working with flat profiles – ensures even distribution of hot air.

✔ SPECIALIZED NOZZLE SHOE

The but nozzle is the perfect solution for fast and efficient drawing of plastics. The uniqueness of the nozzle lies in the fact that its design allows the binder to melt inside the nozzle and its simultaneous pressing to the welded element.
