Pallet platform scale with dimensions of 120x120cm (1,2x1,2m) is a universal storage scale with a maximum load capacity of 5000kg (5t).

Platform is made of high quality powder coated steel, the construction is additionally reinforced, which makes our scales can withstand loads up to 5T.

The weight is covered with grooved sheet with thickness 5mm

Tenosmetric sensors used in the scale are the highest quality strain gauges with OILM certificate.

The scale uses one of the best-in-class weight meters LP7516.

The device is ideal for weighing pallet, big bags and dimensions, which makes it an indispensable measuring tool in sectors such as agriculture, industry, warehouse, etc.

LP7516 is a robust and easy-to-use control unit with many useful weighing functions (all are described in the Polish instruction manual). The controller is equipped with a clear LCD screen with backlight and RS232 output, thanks to which we can expand the scale with additional elements such as e.g. large-size display or printer. The meter has mains-battery power supply.

The scale has four reliable SQB strain gauges with adjustable swinging feet that make it easy to level the weight on an uneven surface. The quality of strain gauge sensors is confirmed by the OIML certificate issued by the International Organization of Legal Metrology.

The sensors used in the scale have a total load capacity of 5000kg with a graduation of 500g, which perfectly reflects their high quality.

Sensors meet the legalization standards of the Main Office of Measures which allows (with proper configuration) to legalize scales built on SQB sensors.

The scale is based on one of the best weighing platforms on the market. The weight structure is reinforced with additional ribbed bottom and the main structure of the platform is made of high quality thick steel, which means that the platform is not damaged (bending, cracking, etc. ). The scale is made of grooved sheet metal with a thickness of 5mm, which means that the entire structure can work in even the most difficult industrial conditions.

The weight before shipment is calibrated using legalized weights of class M1 therefore the user receives a weight checked and ready for use "on the spot". Thanks to the remembered settings, after disconnecting from the scale, the meter does not calibrate.

At the customer’s request, it is possible to issue a free weight calibration certificate. In this case, please let us know in the message to the seller.

The device is equipped with a solid and sealed summation can. This is where the signal wires from all sensors in the scale converge, then the signal is summed up and transmitted to the weighing meter.

Cans mounted in our scales are made of high quality materials which guarantees the reliability of the scale functioning. In addition, the summator is placed in a protective cassette that additionally protects it.

Our platform scales are equipped with an additional hole for convenient and quick leveling.
