SPARTUS® EASYCUT 40SL is a plasma cutter whose cutting current adjustment is in the range of 20 - 40A. Devices made in IGBT technology used for air plasma cutting sheets and steel, aluminum and copper elements. The equipment is perfect for home, and workshop and scrap metal cutting and thanks to its light weight and small size it will be irreplaceable when working in the field.

The cutter has a built-in contactless pilot arc initiation system without high frequency HF provides excellent cutting quality, with extended service life of consumable parts.

The 2T/4T mode button allows you to work with the handle according to the user's preferences. The front panel is also equipped with a SK35 socket and a central plug for mounting the plasma holder.

The SPARTUS® 40SL plasma cutter is designed for air plasma cutting of electrically conductive elements made of:

EASYCUT 40SL is equipped with a pressure reducer with a filter block, which is mounted on the back of the housing, in a place specially designed for this purpose (protected air preparation block from damage, e.g. during the transfer).

⭐TWO-TACT 2T - pressing the button initiates a plasma arc, releasing the button turns off the arc and completes the cutting process.

⭐FOUR-BAR 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates a plasma arc, pressing and releasing the button again completes the cutting process.

ADVANTAGES OF PLASMA CUTTING:

CONTROL OF THE CUTTER:

⭐ 2T – two-bar mode. In this mode, press the button in the handle of the plasma handle, light the arc and continue cutting with the button pressed. To complete the cut, release the button in the handle.

⭐ 4T – four-bar mode. In this mode, press the button in the handle of the plasma handle, light the arc, release the button and make a cut with the button released.

OPERATING MODE:

⭐ GAS TEST – This mode is used to check the correct operation of the air system and its cleaning. When starting the device after its night stop, blow the plasma handle of the cutter in TEST mode for about 30 seconds to remove condensate from the circuit. This process will extend the working time of consumable parts and facilitate the start-up of the cutter.

⭐ CUT – working mode (cutting).

⭐ GRID - intermittent cutting, extremely useful when cutting grates or nets.

The device is equipped with a contactless arc "BLOW-BACK" system. This method involves reversing the electrode during arcing. The big advantage of this solution is lower consumption of consumables and reduction of electromagnetic interference to a minimum, compared to HF. This has a big impact on the protection of electrical devices such as controllers, stepper motors, etc. An additional advantage is the lower failure rate of the device by eliminating the HF module. .
