Welding machine DEDRA DED7525 is a product used for welding PE film with a thickness of 0,1-0,2mm on tunnels and for welding sheet film on the substrate, a it works by creating a high temperature on the surface of the film, which is then joined together by pressure.

Description of use:

After connecting to the network and heating up the product, put a strip of Teflon 2mx50mm on the film. Holding the welding machine in your hand, move the aluminum skid over the Teflon. Speed and pressure should be selected so that the quality of the welding is satisfactory.

After moving the welding machine skid, wait a while and remove the Teflon strip.

Note: There is no Teflon bar in the device assembly.
