WMF Frying pan ProfiResist 28cm

The WMF ProfiResist pan will work well when frying and stewing meat, preparing stews and dinner dishes. You will also prepare sauces in it. It is a practical solution for everyday cooking and frying.

ProfiResist pans are a solution for everyday use in the kitchen. The three-layer frying pan in TransTherm® technology distributes heat evenly. Made of high quality stainless steel Cromargan®* with non-stick coating PermaDur® with honeycomb structure.

The multi-layer bottom design ensures even distribution and heat retention during frying.

Non-stick coating

The anti-stick coating PermaDur®, secured with a steel mesh forming the pattern of honeycomb, facilitates frying and cleaning the pan.

The pan is perfect for frying and stewing meat, preparing poultry, stews, and other dinner dishes. It can also be used to prepare dishes that require longer processing in the pan, such as aromatic one-pot dishes or meat stewed in sauce.

Stainless steel®*

Made of high quality stainless steel®*. The material is characterized by high resistance to food acids and is designed for everyday use in the kitchen.

The pan features a sturdy, well-shaped handle that provides a secure grip and comfort during use.

• Pan adapted to all types of cookers, including induction cookers.
• Can be used in the oven up to 250°C.

To extend the life of the coating, it is recommended to use wooden or silicone stirrers. It is also recommended to hand wash the pan.

PermaDur coating

The anti-stick coating, reinforced with a stainless steel honeycomb structure, provides excellent baking results.

Heat distribution

The three-layer construction with aluminum core ensures even heating of the entire surface of the pan and long-term heat retention.

Convenient use

The hollow cast stainless steel handle stays cool longer, providing the comfort of carrying the pan.

Oven

The pan is suitable for baking at temperatures up to 250 °C (without lid) or up to 180 °C (with lid), giving you complete freedom in preparing dishes.
