🍋 1. Lemon salmon with butter

Ingredients:

• salmon fillet (or whole fish cut)
• salt, pepper
• butter
• lemon

How to do:

1. Preheat the pan (medium fire – steel likes to heat up well).
2. Add the butter.
3. Put the fish skin down.
4. Fry ok. 4 to 5 minutes, then turn it over.
5. Drizzle with lemon and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.

🥩 Steak from the pan (crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside)

Ingredients:

• beef steak (2 to 3 cm thick, e.g. entrecote)
• salt, pepper
• 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
• garlic + thyme sprig (optional)

How to do:

1. Take the meat out of the fridge 20 to 30 minutes before frying.
2. Heat the pan firmly (this is crucial).
3. Add the oil.

5. Turn over and fry another 2 to 3 minutes.
