• 1 chicken breast
• salt, pepper, favorite spices (pepper, garlic powder)
• 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter

Preparation:

1. Preheat the pan with olive oil or butter.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper and spices.
