Product Description

Microlife NEB 400 is a pneumatic piston inhaler for children designed for nebulisation. The design of the device has been developed for the youngest users, and the friendly appearance is to make inhalation more pleasant. The model is equipped with an efficient nebuliser system and a Venturi system that sucks in atmospheric air, increasing the rate of nebulisation. A wide container for the drug allows you to use more preparation during the procedure. The inhaler is suitable for use with common inhalation solutions and can be operated with the touch of a button. Accessories can be washed and disinfected.

Composition

The kit includes a compressor, medicine container, air hose, mouthpiece, inhalation mask for children, inhalation mask for adults, nasal tip, 5 spare air filters and a pouch in the form of a bag. The capacity of the nebuliser is 0,35 ml/min (NaCl), the particle size MMAD 2,83 μm, and the maximum free air flow 15 l/min. The capacity of the drug tank is from 2 ml to 8 ml. The device meets the requirements of EN 13544-1, EN 60601-1, EN 60601-2, EN 60601-1-6 and IEC 60601-1-11. Protection class: IP21.

How to use a medical device

Before starting use, make sure that the device and accessories are clean, disinfected and at room temperature. To start work, start the inhaler with the ON/OFF button. Then place the mouthpiece in your mouth or adjust the appropriate mask so that it tightly covers your mouth and nose. During inhalation, it is recommended to sit upright at the table. After completion of the inhalation, according to the recommended duration of use, the device should be switched off with the ON/OFF button, empty the container from the residue of the preparation and clean the elements of the inhalation set.

Precautions and contraindications

The product should not be used with NEBUDOSE hyaluronic. Before each use, the device and accessories should be cleaned and disinfected. Protect the inhaler from dust, dirt and moisture and do not use it in heavily dusty environments. Before starting work, make sure that the device and its accessories have reached room temperature. In case of damage or malfunction, the device should be turned off immediately. Keep out of the reach of children.

Do not use the inhaler near flammable materials or in areas where explosives are present. Elements intended for nebulisation must not be cooked. The mouthpiece should only be used for oral inhalation.
