Evoxa HDC15 – is a large Dual Action eccentric polisher with a stroke of 15 mm, designed for professional use. Compared to the previous HDA series, a lot of structural changes have been introduced that translate into work efficiency and comfort.

The biggest change in this polisher is the new transmission used, made of modern construction materials, subjected to more accurate machining. The result is very quiet operation of the machine. Compared to previous solutions, the noise level decreased by more than 10 dB at maximum revs and by more than 5 dB at low revs. The polisher has also become one of the quietest dual action machines on the market!

The new angular transmission and eccentric mechanism are also more compact than its predecessor. The body of the polisher is thus clearly lower set over the polished element, which significantly increased the control over the machine during operation and it became more calm. It also allowed to keep the level of vibrations at a minimum level, not different from the most reputable dual action polishers on the market.

Another major change is the new more powerful engine – 970W, well protected against overloads and made in a standard that guarantees the possibility of continuous operation. A new electronics module with a rotor speed sensor was also used to control the motor, which increased the effectiveness of the speed stabilization system. The polisher also has a comfortable soft start system. Soft Start.

In order to guarantee long periods of trouble-free operation, all bearings used in the Evoxa HDC15 polisher come from a reputable manufacturer NSK. Importantly, the rear bearing of the rotor is embedded in a rubber cover that insulates it thermally from the body. Very often in machines that do not have such a flange in the event of bearing blurring, this leads to irreversible destruction of the device.

A very important element of the new model is the housing. Compared to the previous series, it catches the eye of a longer and more practical front grip. It is coated with soft rubber, just like the back handle. On the back of the machine appeared a comfortable, soft and wide foot for safe putting down the machine, ensuring that it does not fall to the side, dirtying the polishing pad. Another feature of this housing is placed on the back in a convenient place to operate, the potentiometer of rotation in the version with the so-called. "clicks" to increase the ease of rotation control.

An important element that many companies have problems with is the resistance plate for fixing polishing pads. In the structural part, it is made of laminate, which guarantees that it will not tear as a result of the action of large forces accompanying the work of the eccentric, with a stroke of 15 mm. Rectangular holes with a large cross-section made in a polyurethane elastic layer, placed radially, directly under the adhesive layer, are responsible for the effective dissipation of heat generated by both polishing pads and eccentric mechanism bearings. Velcro. They are connected to large ventilation holes and catching air during the rotation of the plate, effectively cool the polishing pads from the Velcro side, protecting them from unraveling. The great advantage of such a solution is its effectiveness and complete reliability. It should also be mentioned that the Evoxa HDC15 polisher does not use any spacers in the resistance plate socket!!! The pin for fixing the plate is such a selected length that the resistance plate does not rub against the eccentric cover and the distance between them is approx. 2 mm. The solution used in competitive machines with plate lubrication or spacers causes problems with increased vibrations and generates additional amounts of unwanted heat in this place.

The last element to mention is a siliconized, very soft power cord with a length of 5 m, providing free access to polished elements.
