The machine is designed for fast cutting of polystyrene in any planes. Cutting is carried out using heated resistance wire, thanks to which it proceeds quickly and above all without waste generated during traditional cutting, such as polystyrene balls or Styrofoam particles.

Additional height adjustment of resistance wire lowering

Additional adjustment allows you to lower the level of lowering the wire if necessary, thanks to which it is possible to cut at large angles without the need for washers under the cut material.

Cutting length limiter

Limiter adjustable with a knob. The solution facilitates cutting the material to a fixed length.

The table top is equipped with additional metric measures used for accurate cutting of the material.

Thanks to the use of a highly efficient transformer 200W 230/36V 5.6A and resistance wire with appropriate parameters, the machine is characterized by very high cutting speed.

The long transformer wire increases the practicality of the machine.

The possibility of locking the wire at any height, which allows shading the plate (cutting parallel to the surface of the countertop), i.e. e.g. from a 16 cm thick board we make two 8 cm each.

Adjustment is carried out with the help of convenient knobs.

The table top is made of high quality hard waterproof plywood, which against the background of usually used furniture boards is distinguished by higher durability, hardness, stiffness and lower weight – the whole machine weighs 17,5 kg.

Additional side supports improve work and facilitate cutting the material to a given length.

Milled handle makes it easy to move the machine.

The applied construction solutions, the use of high-quality materials and high stability of the structure ensure high cutting precision and comfort of work.

The power cable of the device has been fixed so that it does not disturb the user during operation.
