Product Description

The FDSD50 is a compact industrial dehumidifier, adapted for intensive moisture removal in demanding conditions – on construction sites, in basements, garages or rooms after flooding. Capacity up to 50 l/24 h (at 30°C and 80% RH) and air flow of 450 m³/h allow for quick and effective drying of large spaces. The device features a quiet 52 dB(A) operation, a robust damage-resistant design, and intuitive operation, making it suitable for both professionals and individuals.

Hot Gas System – work without downtime even in cold

The FDSD50 dehumidifier is equipped with the Hot Gas automatic defrosting system, which allows you to work at low temperatures without downtime. Unlike standard methods, which require the device to be temporarily turned off for defrosting, here hot gas from the refrigeration system is directed directly to the evaporator. This allows you to quickly remove ice without interrupting operation, which significantly increases efficiency.

Thanks to this, the dehumidifier maintains full efficiency also in cool, unheated rooms, such as basements, garages or warehouses, where other devices often lose their effectiveness.

Operation and operation

The FDSD50 is designed for easy and intuitive operation. The control panel with LED display allows you to quickly set the humidity level, and the built-in hygrostat automatically maintains the set parameters. The Auto Restart function means that after a power outage, the device resumes operation with previous settings, which is especially important for long-term unattended use. The whole works in plug and play mode – just connect the device to electricity and set the parameters to start working.

The condensate tank with a capacity of 5,5 liters is equipped with an overflow sensor that automatically turns off the dehumidifier and signals the need for emptying. For added convenience, the user can connect the hose to a constant drainage of water. The reusable air filter is easy to remove and wash, stopping dust and other contaminants, improving the quality of the air being blown out. This solution not only increases the comfort of use, but also reduces operating costs and prolongs the life of the device.

Modes of operation

The FDSD50 offers two operating modes: automatic and continuous. In automatic mode, the device maintains the set humidity level thanks to the operation of the hygrostat, which allows for energy-saving and maintenance-free operation. When the target humidity level is reached, the dehumidifier goes into standby mode.

Continuous mode starts the device at full power regardless of the conditions – ideal for intensive drying after flooding, plastering or renovation works. Switching between modes is simple, allowing you to tailor the operation to your current needs.

Security

The FDSD50 dehumidifier is equipped with a number of protections that guarantee stable operation in various conditions – both domestic and industrial. The housing made of metal effectively protects the interior of the device from mechanical damage, moisture and dust, which is especially important in environments such as warehouses, workshops or construction sites. The design is shockproof and intensive use. Automatic shutdown of the device occurs in the event of overfilling of the tank or failure of the condensate drainage system, which prevents flooding of the environment and damage to internal components. Clear LED signaling alerts the user to full tank or other irregularities. In addition, the Auto Restart function is used – in the event of a power failure, the FDSD50 automatically resumes working with the last settings, which increases the safety of unattended use. The model uses refrigerant R290 – an environmentally friendly substance that does not destroy the ozone layer and has a low GWP. In addition to compliance with CE standards, the device meets current ecological requirements and can be safely operated in facilities requiring compliance with specific environmental standards.
