The Royal Catering food dryer allows you to produce healthy, dried delicacies in a restaurant, bar or shop. Removing water by drying ensures that fruits, vegetables and herbs as well as fish and meat retain much longer shelf life. In the chamber with a capacity of 600 liters there are 24 removable stainless steel grates, which provide enough space for simultaneous drying of up to 90 kg of food. With power of 5850 W, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature in the range of 40 to 90deg C. It also keeps it at a constant level thanks to the temperature control system. The 360deg hot air circulation system ensures that heat is distributed evenly inside the dryer. This also makes it suitable for refreshing food. Setting the temperature and timer for up to 15 hours is intuitive and user-friendly thanks to the knob on the front. The chamber, housing and cartridges are made of stainless steel, are easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows you to view the drying process at any time without having to open the door.
