Does heat also spread in large rooms?

• Yes. Infrared heat spreads over very long distances. It does not need a fan – infrared heat heats materials such as walls, floors and objects in the room.

Why is infrared heat more efficient?

• Infrared radiation heats materials. Heaters heat the air. For example, if you open a window, all the heated air will come out and be replaced with cold air. Infrared heated materials save heat and continue to heat the room even after it has been ventilated. Heaters need to start over, thus consuming more energy. Therefore, our radiators are considered to be an extremely efficient and economical source of heating temporary facilities.

How is it possible that burnt diesel does not leave any smell?

• If the fuel has been almost completely burned, it does not leave any odor or dangerous residue behind. Carbon monoxide is produced by incomplete combustion. After more than 20 years of product development, Veltron has perfected the work process.

Why does some smell and smoke appear after starting or finishing the machine?

• After starting/completing the operation of the heater, a small amount of fuel smell and a negligible amount of visible exhaust gases may come out of the exhaust pipe, because the burner is not able to completely burn fuel at the beginning or end of the process. The smell is not dangerous and can be reduced by using biofuel.

Can the heaters be started with a car cigarette lighter socket?

Why does my heater use more fuel than the manufacturer says?

• Veltron VHOE-090 and VHOE-120 consume 0,9-1,24 liters per hour in operation mode. Fuel consumption depends on the required temperature level, insulation of the roof and walls of the room, the number of windows and doors and the frequency of their opening / closing, whether cold objects were brought into the room, etc. The furnace consumes more fuel at the beginning of the working process because the materials are still cold. When they heat up, fuel consumption drops significantly.
