SUPER DRY

Product Description

The FDSD120 dehumidifier is an industrial high-power device designed for drying very demanding spaces – production halls, warehouses, workshops or rooms after flooding. It is characterized by high dehumidification efficiency – up to 120 l/24 h (at 30°C and 80% RH) and air flow of 1000 m³/h, which enables effective moisture removal even in difficult conditions.

The device can operate in continuous mode, also in maintenance-free installations. It is designed to work in harsh environments, at low temperatures, and is perfect for use in both everyday use and emergency situations.

Hot Gas System

The FDSD120 uses the Hot Gas automatic defrosting system, which allows you to maintain continuous operation even in cool and unheated rooms. Unlike standard dehumidifiers, which require temporary shutdown in order to defrost the evaporator, here hot gas from the refrigeration system is directed directly to the evaporator.

This technology eliminates defrosting downtime and allows you to maintain full operational efficiency even at 4°C. This makes the FDSD120 ideal for harsh environments – e.g. during winter renovation works, in cool cellars or warehouses. Less downtime means more efficiency and longer life for key components.

Mobility and efficiency

The FDSD120 is designed for heavy-duty use in demanding environments – from construction sites to large industrial spaces. The durable polypropylene housing and large transport wheels make it easy to move the device safely, even on uneven and difficult terrain. Thanks to its compact design and practical handles, the transport of the FDSD120 is easy.

The dehumidification capacity of up to 120 litres per day (at 30°C and 80% RH) combined with an air flow of up to 1000 m³/h allows for quick removal of moisture from large spaces. The FDSD120 effectively dehumidifies air from the entire environment, making it a reliable solution in rooms with large volumes, such as halls, warehouses, basements or interiors after floods and water failures.

Modes of operation

The FDSD120 offers two main operating modes:

• Continuous mode – the device works continuously, regardless of the humidity level, which is especially useful in emergency situations, e.g. after flooding.
• Automatic mode – the dehumidifier works according to the settings of the built-in hygrostat, maintaining the target humidity and optimizing energy consumption.

Modern functions and ecology

The control panel with easy-to-read LED display allows you to easily configure the device, from setting the humidity level to controlling the operating parameters on an ongoing basis. The built-in hygrostat ensures precise maintenance of the set conditions, and the Auto Restart function automatically resumes operation of the dehumidifier after power failure, maintaining previous settings – which is especially useful when working without supervision.

FDSD120 uses natural and ecological refrigerant R290, characterized by a very low GWP (Global Warming Potential = 3). It does not affect the ozone layer and meets the current environmental standards in force in the European Union.

The device is CE certified and combines high energy efficiency with reduced environmental impact, making it a suitable solution for professional applications.
