Product Description

Femanga Algen Stopp Spezial is a professional preparation designed to effectively fight cyanobacteria and algae in freshwater aquariums. Thanks to a properly selected formula, it helps to remove unwanted tarnishes, while supporting the natural biological processes occurring in the tank.

The preparation improves the living conditions of fish and plants and supports the aerobic decomposition of organic matter. Regular use helps to reduce the risk of cyanobacteria reappearing.

What are cyanobacteria?

Cyanobacteria (cyanobacteria) often appear in aquariums with disturbed biological balance. They create a characteristic green-blue carpet-like tarnish that easily moves away from the ground and emits a characteristic smell.

Their presence may limit the access of oxygen and worsen the condition of plants and fish. During the treatment, it is recommended to mechanically remove tarnishes and perform regular water changes.

Method of use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Measure the right amount of preparation.
3. Pour directly into the aquarium.

Posology

Treatment:

• 25 ml per 100 litres of water,
• once a week for 4 weeks.

Prevention:

• 12,5 ml per 100 liters of water,
• once every 2 weeks.

After each water change, the appropriate amount of preparation should be replenished to maintain the correct concentration.

In difficult cases, the preparation can be used simultaneously with Femanga Algen Stopp General.

Important information

• The active substance is salicylic acid (20 mg/100 ml).
• Fish of the type of rainbows may show increased sensitivity to the preparation. In this case, it is recommended to administer the dose in several smaller portions during the day.
• The preparation should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
