Durable and robust 40D TPU nylon

Venturo One™ inflatable hiking mat is made of high-quality 40D nylon with TPU coating. It is considered the gold standard among trekking and survival enthusiasts.

40D nylon fabric is noticeably more durable than many standard materials. Combines lightness with impressive resistance to abrasion, tearing and punctures.

From the inside, the material is protected with flexible TPU coating, which protects against moisture penetration and gives the material elasticity, which makes the mat better adapt to the body. This clearly improves sleep comfort, even on uneven ground.

Aluminum coating from the inside

The interior of the mat is lined with an aluminum coating, which increases thermal comfort during sleep in the field. The coating reflects the heat generated by the human body, effectively limiting its escape to the ground.

Thanks to this treatment, we obtained a higher R-value, which means better protection against cooling, especially when sleeping on cool ground.

In addition, the aluminum layer reduces air circulation in the chambers, reducing heat energy losses resulting from convection. The effect is a stable, warmer sleeping surface.

Compact size

When folded, the mat measures only 11 x 11 x 22 cm. Such a small size saves real space in the backpack, which allows you to make better use of the available luggage space.

Easy to inflate thanks to QuickAir™ valve

The QuickAir™ valve is designed for maximum comfort both during inflating and draining.

The top of the valve allows you to easily inflate with your mouth, and the return membrane automatically traps air inside the mat so that air does not escape when you take a break to breathe.

After use, simply open the lower part of the valve to empty the mat from the air and prepare it for assembly.

Extremely light

The Venturo One™ weighs only 530 g, which translates into real benefits when hiking. Such a low weight means less load on the backpack, and thus less fatigue and more comfort on the trail.
