The MERACH MR-R07BH1 squat machine allows you to perform half-squats, deep squats and full. Adjustable inclination angle of 30°, 60° and 90° allows you to change the range of motion and intensity of your workout. Robust steel construction with a maximum load of about 159 kg allows you to practice stably and safely. The device is also equipped with three resistance levels, 4-stage handlebar adjustment and 5-stage seat adjustment. Ergonomic pedals and a built-in training monitor help you conduct regular exercises of your legs, buttocks and core muscles at home, as well as track your progress.

The ability to set the inclination at 30°, 60° or 90° allows you to adjust the range of motion to the current training possibilities. The smaller angle works well for milder exercises and learning technique, while the larger setting engages the muscles of the thighs, buttocks and back of the legs in a more intense way. Such adjustment facilitates the gradual development of form and the introduction of diversity into training.

The frame of the device is made of steel, which affects stability during exercise. The design is designed to reduce the wobble of equipment even with dynamic movements. On the display you can check the exercise time, speed, distance, number of repetitions and the approximate number of calories burned. Access to this information helps to control the course of training and plan subsequent sessions of activity.

The design of the device leads movement in a controlled way, which allows you to activate not only the muscles of the legs and buttocks, but also the back, shoulders, biceps, forearms and core muscles. Thanks to the movement in the axis of the device, the pressure on the knee joints is less than during classic squats performed without equipment.
