The type of bodies it uses is hot forged from a single sheet of metal using the forged technique. Thanks to this, 3 pots and 2 pans - 24 and 28 cm - are very solid and conduct heat well. They are also well balanced, which in combination with non-heating and non-slip soft touch handles will give you a high level of comfort. The kit works on any type of stove because it uses a ferromagnetic induction bottom. It makes mealtime faster and energy-efficient. The durability of the inner surface of the dishes from the Brule collection is based on the three-layer MARBLE PLUS non-stick marble coating. It does not contain harmful substances (e.g. PFOA), is hard, has excellent adhesion and natural texture, and can withstand up to 10 000 abrasion cycles. It also makes it easy to care for (not dishwasher safe, just hand washing). The set also includes 4 glass lids dedicated with silicone edges. Thanks to them, you can stew food and conveniently adjust the amount of water vapor inside pots or pans.
