Chicken breast in herbs – quick recipe

Ingredients for 2 servings:

• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 clove of garlic if you like

Preparation:

1. Prepare the meat: Clean the chicken breasts, dry with a paper towel, and then season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
2. Heat the pan: Turn on the hob and place the TEFAL pan. Wait for the Thermo-Signal indicator to turn intensely red. This is a sign that the pan has reached the ideal temperature for frying.
3. Fried: Add olive oil and insert chicken breasts. Fry for about 4/5 minutes on each side until the meat is golden and juicy inside. If you use garlic, add it at the end of frying so that it does not burn.
