UNIVERSAL WELDING MACHINE

MAGNUM MIG 170W MMA is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding with MIG/MAG and MMA methods with a maximum current of 160A at 60% efficiency. Thanks to this, we are guaranteed to obtain a melt with a maximum thickness of 3mm (the maximum thickness of the welded material is 6-8 mm).

SMOOTH REGULATION AND SOLDERING OF CUSI3

The welder allows for smooth adjustment of parameters and stable operation in long cycles without worrying about the welder turning off. It allows welding without chipping of both thin sheets and thick profiles and the process of lutowelding of sheets covered with a layer of zinc, used mainly in the automotive industry. We can use it as a MMA welding machine for welding with wrapped electrodes.

WELDING WITHOUT GAS

The variable polarity used allows welding without gas using the FLUX method with self-shielding wire. MAGNUM MIG 170W MMA has an easy-to-use integrated function panel with knobs, enabling smooth adjustment of welding current, wire feed speed and inductance. This solution guarantees simplicity and ease of use.

CHASSIS - the device is equipped with chassis, which guarantee high mobility and the ability to move the welding machine in an easy way. The chassis also allows you to mount a gas cylinder without having to invest in a welding cart.

FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or chemical substance producing protective gases during welding.

LUTOSPELING - this is a process by which you can freely connect galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies. The main advantage of solder welding is the maintenance of a protective zinc coating at the solder-zinc interface.
