Inverter welder MAGNUM MIG 270 SYNERGIA is a migomat that allows for qualitative welding using the methods MIG/MAG and MMA maximum current 270A with an efficiency of 60%. The applied power allows for fully professional use both in heavy production conditions and in smaller repair workshops. The welder does not overheat and allows you to work in long cycles without worrying about turning off or overheating.

SYNERGY AND MANUAL MODE

MAGNUM MIG 270 SYNERGY gives us the ability to work in synergistic mode or in an option with manual setting of the welding machine. If the synergy mode is selected, it is a modern electronic control microprocessor automatically selecting operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material. For advanced welders, manual mode is also available.

SOLID CHASSIS AND 4x4 FEEDER

The great advantage of the welding machine is the four-roll wire feeder used in the device. Such a feeder guarantees stable operation without wire jams, and also allows you to use long welding handles even 5m! The semi-automatic machine is also equipped with a solid chassis, equipped with strong and durable wheels that guarantee high mobility and give the possibility of moving the welding machine on uneven ground. In addition, we gain a dedicated space for gas cylinders.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.

REG. INDUCTION - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.

LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.

IGBT - modern IGBT transistors are used in the welding machine, the solution ensures lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also trouble-free operation.
