FCAW method is arc welding with core wire (powder)

✅ HOT START

• Popularly called hot start, it allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when lighting the electrode.

✅ ANTI STICK

• Cuts off/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

✅ ARC FORCE

• Stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. Regulates the dynamics of the welding arc. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through.
