The DIGIMIG 200 HIT synergistic welding machine is used for manual welding of non-ferrous metal steel. It enables welding using MMA (wrapped electrode), TIG Lift and MIG/MAG methods. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard wires in the protective gas shield and self-shielding powder wires.

The device allows you to connect a Spool Gun holder with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire. The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergistic mode. Synergistic programs are available for steel, Al. alloys and for self-shielding wire welding.

The device is made in IGBT technology allowing for a significant reduction in weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The welding machine is used in closed or covered rooms, not exposed to direct atmospheric influences.

⏩ Professional wire feeder

Professional 2R feeder - reliable and precise wire feeding, thanks to the use of a professional feeder - ensures smooth wire feeding to the handle and stable welding parameters.

⏩ ARC FORCE

Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which results in stabilisation of the arc.

HOT START

The function is designed to prevent sticking the electrode to the material and is a great convenience when arcing. It works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.

⏩ VRD

The VRD function reduces the voltage in the unloaded state. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it can make it difficult to light the arc.

⏩ CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with powder wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux producing protective gases during welding.

⏩ SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergistic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.

These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to suit their needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergistic welding.

⏩ 2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then the arc to glow and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

⏩ REGULATION OF INDUCTANCE

It allows you to optimize arch characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during welding using the MIG/MAG method of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements.

⏩ EASY TO USE, EASY TO READ CONTROL PANEL

Easy to use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. Digital LCD display indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of welded material.

⏩ SOLDERING

After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables soldering, mainly used in the automotive industry to connect galvanized sheets.

⏩ EUROCONNECTOR

Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum by replacing the Teflon cartridge and current tip).

⏩ SPOOL GUN WELDING

The SPOOL GUN welding torch with built-in wire feeder is used for MIG/MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and in welding thin sheets.

The spool with welding wire D100 is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connection and a control plug. The Spoolgun handle is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
