The SPARTUS EASYMIG 215 welding machine is a 3in1 welding machine that can be used for welding using the MIG/MAG, MMA (wrapped electrode) and TIG DC (with LIFT touch). The device allows for welding with a maximum current of 200A, ensuring excellent quality weld.
WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
The welding machine, thanks to its adjustable inductance , allows you to set the width and depth of the melt, and also allows you to weld without chipping both thin sheets and thick profiles and conduct the CuSi lutowelding process, thanks to which you can freely combine galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies.
LCD DISPLAY - HINTS DURING THE CORRECTION!
The latest generation color LCD display helps us to set up the welding machine more easily. We can quickly and easily set the current voltage and quickly manage the functions of the device. In addition, the display at the time of correction suggests the shape of the spoiny and graphically recommends choice thickness of the material for a given current.
REG. INDUCTION - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.
LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.
SPOOL GUN - welding torch with built-in wire feeder. It is used mainly in car workshops and in welding thin sheets, it is perfect for hard-to-reach places and at heights. A spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connection and a control plug.
HOT START "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.
2T/4T - at two bars after pressing the start button, the welding process takes place after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped - at four bars after the first press and release of the button, the welding process stops at the second press.
ARC FORCE “arch dynamics” – shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc, regardless of its length.
FLUX - welding without gas shield with self-shielding wire
VRD - function that turns off (reduces) power after welding.
IGBT - modern IGBT transistors are used in the welding machine, the solution ensures lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also trouble-free operation.
